ERASMUS+  PROJECT  “REAL MATHS TALK”
4thTEACHER TRAINING MEETING IN THE NETHERLANDS

The 4th TLA (Learning Theaching Training Activity) took place in Rotterdam (the Netherlands) from 12th to 16th of February . Maths teachers, joining the “Real Maths Talk” project from Poland, the Netherlands, Lithuania, Turkey, United Kingdom and Italy, represented by IIS “Vincenzo Cardarelli”, attended the meeting held at “Comenius College Capelle Lyceum” in Rotterdam , the school in charge of the project.
The long-term goal of the project is  the sharing of didactic methods, Maths teachers training and the production of didactic materials to enhance the comprehension of the most difficult Maths topics for students attending the first two years at High School. 
The meeting allowed the teachers to compare the different strategies adopted in problem resolutions  and to plan  lessons about radical operations, a topic chosen in the previous meeting held in Italy in December. During the meeting , the transnational team carried out a symbol  and  vocabulary  Maths  glossary.  Besides the teachers compared the results of the tests held in all  partner countries
